Windows Mail Setup Instructions

Setting up a new account:

Before setting up your email on any device/application you’ll be required to change your password from the temporary password we provided you upon account creation. If you have lost/forgotten this password please contact [email protected]

Open Windows Mail and click Add Account

Click Advanced Setup.

Click Internet Mail.

Enter your email address both the Email Address and Username fields followed by your Password.

For the Incoming Email Server and Outgoing Email Server enter skymail01.skystreamhosting.com. Set the Account Type to IMAP4. Check all the boxes below and then click Sign In followed by Done.

Your account should now be set up and ready to use.

Update an existing account:

Open Windows Mail and click the Gear Icon (Settings) in the bottom left.

Click on Manage Accounts in the panel that opens on the right.

Select the Email Address you are updating.

Click Change Mailbox Sync Settings.

Click Advanced Mail Settings.

Update the Incoming Email Server and Outgoing Email Server to skymail01.skystreamhosting.com and make sure all 4 Checkboxes are selected and then click Done.

Update your Password if it has changed and click Save. Your account should now be set up.
