Samsung Android Mail Setup Instructions
Setting up a new account:
Before setting up your email on any device/application you’ll be required to change your password from the temporary password we provided you upon account creation. If you have lost/forgotten this password please contact [email protected]
Step 1
On your Samsung android phone open your email app and tap the hamburger menu icon to open the Menu. Tap the Gear icon on the top right.
Step 2
Tap Add Account.
Step 3
Tap Other.
Step 4
Enter your Email Address and Password and then tap Manual Setup.
Step 5
Select IMAP Account.
Step 6
Under Incoming Server for the IMAP Server enter skymail01.skystreamhosting.com. Select SSL from the dropdown and enter Port 993.
Step 7
Under Outgoing Server for the SMTP Server enter skymail01.skystreamhosting.com. Select TLS from the dropdown and enter Port 587. Then tap Sign In.
Step 8
Your account should now be set up to use on your device.
Update an existing account:

Step 2
Tap the name of the account you are updating.
Step 3
Scroll to the bottom and tap Server Settings.
Step 4
Update your Password if required.
Step 5
Under Incoming Server for the IMAP Server enter skymail01.skystreamhosting.com. Select SSL from the dropdown and enter Port 993.
Step 6
Under Outgoing Server for the SMTP Server enter skymail01.skystreamhosting.com. Select TLS from the dropdown and enter Port 587. Make sure Require Authentication to Send Emails is switched on and then tap Done.
Step 7
Your account should be updated and ready to use on your device.
Email Client Setup
