iOS Mail Setup Instructions
Setting up a new account:
Before setting up your email on any device/application you’ll be required to change your password from the temporary password we provided you upon account creation. If you have lost/forgotten this password please contact [email protected]
Step 1

On your iPhone or iPad open your Settings menu. Then tap Passwords & Accounts.
Step 2

Tap Add Account.
Step 3

Tap Other.
Step 4

Tap Add Mail Account.
Step 5

Enter the Name you wish to display on your outgoing emails, your full Email Address followed by your Password. Then tap Next.
Step 6

Under Incoming Mail Server for the Host Name enter skymail01.skystreamhosting.com, for User Name enter your full Email Address then enter your Password.
Step 7

Under Outgoing Mail Server for the Host Name enter skymail01.skystreamhosting.com, for User Name enter your full Email Address, then enter your Password. Then tap Next.
Step 8

Tap Save and your account should now be set up to use on your device.
Update an existing account:
Before setting up your email on any device/application you’ll be required to change your password from the temporary password we provided you upon account creation. If you have lost/forgotten this password please contact [email protected]
Step 1

Tap the name of the account you are updating.
Step 3

Tap the Account under IMAP.
Step 4

For the Incoming Mail Server update the Host Name to skymail01.skystreamhosting.com and re-enter your password if needed. Then tap SMTP under Outgoing Mail Server.
Step 5

Tap the server you are updating. Generally this will be the Primary Server.
Step 6

Update the Host Name to skymail01.skystreamhosting.com, re-enter your Password if needed, s make sure Use SSL is switched on and the Server Port is 587. Then tap Done.
Step 7

Back at the Account page, tap Advanced.
Step 8

Ensure Use SSL is switched on and the server port is 993. Tap Account to go back
Step 9

Tap Done and your account should now be set up to use on your device.
Email Client Setup
For instructions on how to configure another email client for use with your Skystream Hosting email account choose from one of the following:
