Email Password Reset

Before setting up your email on any device/application you’ll be required to change your password from the temporary password we provided you upon account creation. If you have lost/forgotten this password please contact [email protected]

Step 1

Visit At the login screen enter your Email Address and the Temporary Password provided.

Step 2

Here you will be prompted to select a new password. Enter your Email Address and Temporary Password again, followed by the Password you wish to change it to. Confirm this Password again and then click Sign In.

Step 3

Your chosen password has now been set! At this point you can continue using the webmail client, or for information to set up a specific device/application check below..

Email Client Setup

To set up your Skystream Hosting email in your existing email client, use the following settings where required:

  • Username/Password:
  • Incoming Server:
    • Type: IMAP
    • Hostname/Server:
    • Port: 993
    • Security: SSL
  • Outgoing Server
    • Type: SMTP
    • Hostname/Server:
    • Port: 587
    • Security: STARTTLS or TLS
